OLV 4 (N.STAPLETON, P.HEARY, M.MATTHEWS 2) LOUGHSHINNEY 1

Two first half goals from Noel Stapleton and Pat Heary and then a brace from (STEWIE) Matthews gave OLV a fully deserved win against Loughshinney on Sunday morning. The scoreline barely reflects OLVs dominance in the game, as a hat-ful of chances were missed in what could have been a much worse drubbing for the away team. The win cements OLVs place within the top four, in a season that probably should have yielded much more.

This was a game in which all players played their part in a dominating performance and a comprehensive win.  OLV now have had the best league run of the season winning four games on the bounce and bid to make it five next week against Clontarf.  Well done to all the lads
